To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Barbara Shelbourne for the past 6 years. Barbara was my manager when I owned a childrens' store in Summerville, SC. I have never met a more trustworthy and hardworking person than Barbara. She was 100% Customer oriented and catered to their every need. Whether it was opening the store early, or staying late for customers, she was always there for them. She would put together boxes of childrens' clothes and ship them out of state for customers who she developed a rapport with. Our customers were so appreciative for the individual attention she gave them, they would come to the store just to visit with her, and the many customers we had, also turned out to be our friends. I can not say enough about what an incredible manager she was, and what a great staff she built up. In addition to her managerial job, she also was involved in assisting me on buying trips and designing the windows, as well as helping with the décor in the store.

In addition to her many talents, she was my real estate agent, and guided my husband and I through two smooth closings. One house we purchases was a resort property that had potential, but needed a lot of redecorating and fresh ideas, as well as painting. Barbara and Richard Shelbourne lived in our house for 6 weeks and redecorated it perfectly. I gave her a couple of my ideas, and I trusted her taste enough to let her use her own judgement. The end product was incredible, and I am still getting rave reviews on how beautiful our house is.

In closing, I want to say that I recommend Richard and Barbara Shelbourne without reservation. They are hardworking, caring and trustworthy people who will go above what is expected from them to get a job done on time.
