To Whom It May Concern,

Barbara Shelbourne has more drive, enthusiasm and energy than another you are ever likely to meet. These basic motivations are pleasantly blended with very strong core values of honesty and fairness.

We met Mrs. Shelbourne over five years ago and instantly wanted her to be our real estate representative. She quickly determined our needs and the way we like to work. She guided us and advised us in a community in which we were unfamiliar.

We purchased a lot through her. She then arranged meetings with several builders for us, advising us along the way, re. all sub-contractors.

We lived 1500 miles away during the building process, so Barbara supervised the construction of our new house. She worked well with the general contractor and visited the site daily, made decisions with each supplier, phoned us and mailed photos to us weekly. The house was completed on the exact date we designated. It was perfect.

Mrs. Shelbourne was responsible.

We are now close friends.

Several thoughts come to mind to describe Barbara Shelbourne:

• Trustworthy, honest and candid - A favorite phrase of her's is: "What's fair is fair."

• Loyal - She frequently says: "It's my job to do this." and "I must always be fair to my customer, my boss, and myself"

• Immaculate - She always makes an excellent appearance.

• Extremely hard-working and reliable - She is always working and available to work... any hour. She has a very strong work ethic. No job is "beneath her." She just never stops working.

• Never Pushy - But, she is dedicated to achieving her goals. Her relaxed, low keyed, helpful personality obscures her strong drive towards goal achievment. She will achieve what she sets out to do!

• Excellent representative - Mrs. Shelbourne will always represent her organization professionally and honorably. She is the type of person people want to do business with.
